The team behind the work

Luke

Luke studied Surveying and Mapping at Newcastle University and then cycled around the world, covering 20,000 miles through 30 countries. The journey shaped his approach to design, attention to detail and staying power in business.

He has delivered complex refurbishments, barn conversions and multi-unit developments, combining technical precision with refined architectural design.

At Rockland Homes, Luke leads development strategy and delivery to ensure every project meets our standards for quality, design and build performance.

Tom

Tom served six years in the Royal Marines, including deployment in Afghanistan. That experience built the resilience and precision that guide our work today.

After leaving the military, he moved from carpentry into managing large-scale residential schemes. He brings hands-on expertise and a craftsman’s eye for detail.

Tom now oversees construction delivery for Rockland Homes so every build reflects our design-led ethos and commitment to excellence.
